To apply for a vacancy or to be put on a waiting list and be notified of any openings, you may download the Rental Application by clicking here Apply.pdf. Send a filled out application for each adult along with the earnest money check of $25.00 per adult and required documents to Miller Home Rentals L.L.C., P.O. Box 227, Franksville, WI 53126. If you are accepted as a tenant in one of our units, the earnest money will be applied toward your escrow. If you are not accepted, the earnest money will be returned. If you are accepted to the waiting list, the money will be held until a unit is available and then applied toward the escrow. If a unit is offered to you and you choose not to rent it or if you falsify information on the application, the earnest money will not be returned.
